Possibly the simplest ever web service consumer, and an example web service server has been posted on http://www.hadsl.com.

This example code is to demonstrate how simple a web service server can be in Domino 7, and how simple a web service consumer can be in any lotus notes client.

I'm not for a second suggesting that its a high-concurrency solution, nor one that you could implement as production quality tomorrow, but for example code and/or test code to get started with.

This presentation and code was originally demonstrated at the Irish Lotus Notes User Group meeting in Dublin on 26th August 2005. Paul Mooney of Bluewave in Ireland organised an excellent event, and Ed Brill Blogged about it here.
